Rooney's Boutique Hotel is owned and run by Kieran & Gabriela Rooney.

Belfast native Kieran came to Argentina in 2000 with the idea of passing through but after meeting Gabriela ended up staying. In 2005 Kieran & Gabriela got married and in 2006 purchased this historic site and undertook a major restoration with the objective of maintaining the original Belle Époque architecture & design.

With the site beautifully restored to its former glory, Rooney's opened for business in March 2008 with the clear objective to “provide its guests with an oasis of calm & comfort whilst allowing them to soak up the rich culture of this fabulous city”.
